DELGOSEA National Coordinator in Vietnam, Prof. Do Hau, with local government association partner- Association of Cities in Vietnam (ACVN) representatives, and local coaches have visited three pilot cities to discuss plan on Best Practice (BP) Transfer Concept and replication action plan since December 2010.

The meetings also explored potential synergies with relevant Departments such as the Department of Information and Telecommunication of Tra Vinh Province and Department of Cultural, Tourism and Sport of Da Nang City to develop steps for replication activities.

The three pilot cities are going to replicate the following best practices:

In January 2011, the DELGOSEA team and the Association of Cities of Vietnam (ACVN) in Vietnam continued the translation of 16 Best Practices into Vietnamese for further dissemination to pilot cities and interested stakeholders.
