1. Happening soon: DELGOSEA Conference on “Partnerships for Integrity and Jobs”

In cooperation with the Konrad Adenauer Foundation (KAS) and the Partnerships for Integrity and Job Creation (Project i4J), DELGOSEA is organising an international conference on “Local Partnerships for Integrity and Job Creation in ASEAN: Learning from the Philippine Example” on 25 August 2015 in Manila.


2. New Collection of Best Practices from Indonesia

The Indonesian local government association APEKSI has just published the latest edition of its annual collection of best practices gathered from municipalities across the country.


3. Cambodia Prepares for Decentralisation of Waste Management 

In preparation for the transfer of responsibility for waste management to the municipal level, the National League of Councils (NLC) and Konrad Adenauer Foundation (KAS) Cambodia conducted a consultative meeting on 31 July 2015.


4. Grassroots Participatory Budgeting Process – a New Approach from the Philippines

 The League of Municipalities of the Philippines (LMP), one of DELGOSEA’s long-term partners in the Philippines, is supporting and showcasing an innovative approach to developing and implementing budgets on the local level.
